achelos GmbH is committed to making its digital services, in particular the website www.achelos.de, accessible. The applicable requirements are defined by the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) and the EU Directive (EU) 2019/882.

This accessibility statement applies to the website: https://www.achelos.de.
2. Level of Accessibility
Our website is partially accessible. It largely complies with the requirements of EN 301 549 (version 3.2.1), which is defined in the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) as the technical standard for digital accessibility. The evaluation is based on the success criteria of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, conformance level AA.
The latest accessibility evaluation was carried out in June 2025 through an internal review.
3. Non-accessible Content
The following content is currently (as of June 2025) not fully accessible:
- Keyboard navigation: Some interactive elements are not yet operable using the keyboard.
- Alternative text for images: Some functional or content-relevant images still lack descriptive alternative texts.
- Color contrast: Some parts of the website design show insufficient contrast between text and background.
- Forms: Forms are operable using the keyboard, but do not yet display fully comprehensible error messages.
- PDF documents: Documents published before 28 June 2025 do not fully comply with accessibility requirements.
