Sales Manager Connect (f|m|d)
Your future role:
As the Sales Manager Connect (f/m/d) you will be responsible for continuous improvement of achelos' market presence in the Connect segment and generate financial growth. Your market and customer experience could help in the definition of long-term strategic goals for our products and services. You will be part of the Sales & Marketing team with direct pipeline and sales accountability.
- Acquire new client projects and meet sales targets
- Derive the right sales arguments and instruments for the defined target groups
- Presentation and active distribution of achelos products and services
- Develop sales and presentation materials as well as trade fair activities together with the team
- Regular Social Media activities (e.g. on XING / LinkedIn) to reach your target groups
- Develop general sales and account strategy as well as participate in development of the marketing strategy (together with the marketing team)
- Expansion and maintenance of business relationships with customers with the aim of achieving sustainable revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities and manage the customer acquisition directly or via partner
- Build good relationships with achelos' partners
- Analyse and review partners’ product usage and offer advice on how to increase usage
- Assist partners with business opportunities and deals including involvement in presentations and proposals
- Develop general sales and account strategy as well as participate in development of the marketing strategy (together with the marketing team)
- Tender management, price and contract negotiations
- Management of contract execution
- Regular reporting to the management
- Communication with other internal departments such as product management, marketing, and R&D
- Support in preparation of the customer satisfaction analyses
Your profile:
- Many years of experience as a sales representative
- Deep understanding of the SIM and eSIM, OTA and RSP solutions business
- High level of communication skills combined with friendly and convincing personal appearance
- Ability to explain complex IoT infrastructures and strategies to customers
- Experience in dealing with M(V)NO, telecom system integrators and infrastructure providers
- An excellent customer network in the Connect (IoT) segment and the ability to recognise potential sales opportunities very quickly
- Good communication and negotiation skills as well as entrepreneurship
- A goal-oriented working approach with the ability to work independently and also as part of a team
- Fluent in English
- High willingness to travel and flexibility regarding the working hours
