The Career Fair
LOOK IN! is the largest career fair for companies in the East Westphalia-Lippe (OWL) region. For over 30 years, it has been connecting local and international companies with students from all degree programmes at Paderborn University. Today, the fair hosts 60 companies from OWL and beyond, all aiming to engage directly with students.
This year’s fair will take place on 19 and 20 May in the library foyer at Paderborn University.
The event offers students a fantastic opportunity to get to know a wide range of companies. Through direct interaction, they can explore options for dissertations, internships, and working student positions – or even secure their first full-time job after graduation.
