Convenient Ethernet interface for direct simulation connection

The virtual.card.kit is addressed very conveniently via an Ethernet interface and does not require any special drivers or installations. It is connected directly to PC-supported simulations.

Component for development and testing environments

The virtual.card.kit can be integrated as a building block into existing testing environments and can also be embedded seamlessly as a test object in a bundle with the Qumate.Testcenter. This represents another opportunity to implement and test smart card related components and applications.

achelos offers a high-performance combination of software and hardware for simulation of 1st and 2nd generation tachograph cards. The software facilitates simulation of all tachograph cards (driver card, workshop card, company card and control card) with all defined cryptographic properties. The virtual.card.kit also makes it possible to log information on card activity at runtime and to manipulate card behaviour at runtime. In addition to this, it is suitable for testing the middleware in fleet management. The "Card Application Designer" allows GUI-supported creation, modification and testing of the object system in the environment of tachograph cards.
